Now a truly iconic building on the Wellington waterfront, the 239 metre long Clyde Quay Wharf pushed the boundaries of design, engineering and construction. Realising the project vision included taking input and collaboration from around 300 consultants and experts.

At the time, it was the largest commercial project Wight Aluminium had delivered, in a non-panelised window system.

The primary window system used on the ground floor level is the Vantage Commercial 135mm Flush Glaze System with much of it used in five metre high shop front facades. The 76 high-end apartments feature the APL Architectural Series.
