Flush Glaze

For use in medium rise and shopfront applications; the glazing is almost flush with the outside face of the aluminium profile. Our three systems – 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, offer differing performance credentials with the larger two suites designed to be used in unitised curtain wall configurations. Sashes can be incorporated into the panels, and there are single and double glazing options along with flexibility to integrate structural glazed mullions.

40mm Series Windows

The versatile 40mm series can be used in a range of applications – strip windows, hopper and pivoting windows, seismically framed windows and curtain wall applications in low and medium rise contexts.  Numerous sash and fixed options for different lite arrangements, glass thickness and aesthetics.  A range of mullion profiles available to suit different span and wind load conditions.

Architectural Series

Large format doors and windows for architecturally designed residential projects and apartment buildings. Designed with square edges and flush surfaces; this suite offers the greatest in assured strength and versatility. Recommended maximum door height of 2.7m, however doors can potentially be higher depending on site conditions. Can integrate passive ventilation and is also available in Thermal Heart+ high performance system.

Metro Series

Stylish and heavy duty with clean flat surfaces, suitable for residential and architectural projects. Max door height is typically 2.4m, with door panels sliding to the outer side in a flush sill. Can integrate passive ventilation, and is available in Thermal Heart+ high performance system, and Centrafix installation configurations.

Residential and Klima Series

Generous proportions and modern styling, Residential Series provides an economical, maintstream product range for residential project applications.  Max standard door height 2.1m.  Available in Thermal Heart+ high performance system.

Klima Series® is inspired by European design, and optimised for New Zealand conditions. Highly durable, Klima Series is a uPVC range of windows and doors, which offers ultimate thermal performance and superior noise reduction.

Shop Front

Available in 80mm and 100mm systems, generally suitable for use at ground level and in protected or internal situations. The glazing pocket lies in a central position in the frame and mullion in the 100mm suite and in an offset position in the 80mm suite. These suites can incorporate single or double glazing, opening sashes, and are compatible with Magnum commercial doors.

Magnum Commercial Doors

Versatile and robust, Magnum doors suit commercial, institutional and some specialised residential settings. Can be hinged, floor sprung (pivot door), hung on concealed transom closers, or constructed as sliders, bottom rolling, top hung and with electronic control. Compatible with most APL commercial window systems.

Frameless Channel Glazing

A sleek and modern architectural glazing system designed to create a seamless, unobstructed view. Characterised by aluminium channel providing fixity to the structure, glass is typically single glazed, though double glazing can be accommodated. Often integrated with glass or steel fins and spider fittings to provide wind load restraint for larger spans.

Overhead Glazing

Overhead glazing bars and roof windows for a range of commercial contexts and sizes, including a thermally broken option for roof windows.  Structural glazed design with flush edges means design accommodates low pitches without pooling water.

Canopies

Whether for commercial, residential, or public spaces, our custom canopy designs offer both functionality and aesthetic appeal. We offer both framed and frameless canopy options. Bracketing details are engineered to merge seamlessly into the sleek canopy design.

Cladding

We offer a range of cladding materials to enhance building aesthetics and functionality, whether installed within unitised panels or fixed to a sub-structure direct to the building. Our rainscreen solutions include metal cladding, composite panels, terracotta tiles and others.

Metal Folding and Features

Our in-house design team and metal workshop ensures that just about any architectural vision can become a reality. Folded, profiled, punched or projecting rainscreen panels can be fitted into the window or curtain wall system. Sun shade fins or louvre features can follow the form of an extrusion, or be custom fabricated from plate.
